-Glasgow’s Hat Trick Powers the Raiders by the Invaders, 6-3-

New Milford, Pa. – Junior, Aiden Glasgow, posted a hat trick, plus 1, to lead the Blue Ridge Raider Soccer team to a 6-3 victory over Invaders of West Scranton.

The first three goals for the Raiders came off the foot of Glasgow, the first and third being assisted by freshman, Riley Phillips.

The Invaders, looking to bounce back, had an opportunity in the seventh minute, but was stopped by junior goalie, Nick Laude, who made a remarkable diving stop to his right. But not a short two minutes later, Luis Maldonado for the Invaders scored unassisted with a ball just out of reach of Laude. The Invaders scored twice more, once more in the first half, and again in the 76^th minute.

Phillips and Glasgow traded duties early in the second half, when Phillips scored in the 44^th minute, off a pass from Glasgow. The last Raider goal was scored by Troy Ehrie, once again from a pass from Glasgow.

The Raiders look to continue this momentum, going against Forest City tomorrow at home, starting at 12:30pm.
